| How does AttendIt Work? | For most events, AttendIt functions by harnessing the power of the court reporter’s or captionist’s real-time feed. Using an Internet connection and a Web cam equipped with a microphone, the audio, video and transcript are streamed to remote participants. Private chat is also available. |

Remote participants are notified by e-mail and are guided to the event site via an embedded link. Any applicable passwords are communicated in a fashion befitting the event. Participants may view the event using any recent version of Internet Explorer or Netscape. Audio levels are tested prior to the commencement of the event at both the broadcast site and participant site. High-speed Internet access at the site of the event delivers the most favorable broadcast results. No special IP assignments are required to broadcast an event.
